The success of Phola Coaches is not only due to the expertise and experience of our shareholders but also to the competent and loyal management team that has been built-up within the business over the years. This is especially relevant at the first and second tiers; with four Heads of Department at the first tier and eleven experienced managers at the second tier, as well as an overall average employment period of ten years.
